Mary Lopez: Artist...
Mary lives in Barcelona Spain. She's studied at the "Painters and Decorators Institute" were she learned a number of art skills such as wood and marble imitation, gilding, perspective etc.. She started in Comics at the early age of fifteen with "La Baska" a joint effort with other artists from Santa Coloma. She also helped edit the fan zines "Komekaze" and "The killer ink company" which had more political overtones. She's self taught in the design software category but as you can see from her work she combines the two beautifully. Lately she's been working as a graphic designer and illustrator and is currently working on a children's book. Subliminal Press is lucky to have her aboard indeed.

The adventure begins...
This will be updated when ever there is a new development in the comic book or if something in the industry catches our eye. Lately I've been writing, designing layout, font searching etc... Basically trying out different approaches to our comic book. I'm learning that there are a lot of books that follow the same format. The books that are "outside the box" tend to be more enjoyable over all. Aesthetically speaking I feel its much more pleasing to read so we're trying out some way out approaches. I will elaborate later.
